This site uses cookies and similar browser storage to operate the summit registration flow, keep you signed in to admin areas, and understand aggregate usage. This page explains the categories in use.

Strictly necessary

  • Session & auth: keep admin sessions authenticated and prevent CSRF.
  • Checkout: maintain ticket and sponsorship checkout state and payment-processor session.

These cannot be disabled without breaking core site functionality.

Functional

  • Preferences: theme, dismissed banners, and locale.

Analytics

  • Aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and understand how visitors find the summit. We do not use analytics cookies to build cross-site advertising profiles.

Advertising

We do not set advertising cookies and do not run behavioral ad networks on this site.

Controls

We show a consent banner on your first visit with granular categories: strictly necessary (always on), functional, and analytics. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time — the banner remembers your decision, and the Cookie preferences link in the site footer reopens the same panel.

You can also clear cookies from your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout and admin login.

Third parties

Our payment processor and email provider may set cookies inside their own checkout or subscription flows. See the Privacy Policy for the subprocessors we rely on.
