Photography & Recording Notice
Last updated · July 14, 2026
By registering for and attending the State of Quantum Readiness Summit, you acknowledge that portions of the event will be photographed, audio-recorded, and video-recorded. This notice explains what is captured, how it is used, and how to opt out.
What is recorded
- Keynotes, panels, and showcases on the main stage — full video and audio, published as edited session recordings after the summit.
- Room and reception photography for editorial use in the post-summit report, the site, and the Quantum Readiness Workbook.
- Sponsor showcase — general photography; individual booth interactions are recorded only with explicit consent.
What is off the record
- Working sessions marked Chatham House rule on the program.
- Roundtables and closed briefings labeled "no recording".
- Any conversation in the hospitality suites, unless explicitly agreed.
QCI does not use hidden microphones or covert recording at any time.
How recordings are used
- Editorial content: session replays, QCI reports, the workbook, and future summit promotion.
- Sponsors do not receive attendee likeness rights and may not repurpose summit footage.
- Recordings are retained per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Opting out
At check-in you may request a "no photo" lanyard indicator. Our photographers are briefed to avoid capturing anyone wearing it. If a published image includes you and you would like it removed, email privacy@quantumcoreinstitute.comwith the URL and we will take it down promptly.
Attendee-taken content
Attendees may take photos in general session and reception areas subject to the Code of Conduct — ask before photographing another attendee, respect "no photo" indicators, and never photograph in rooms marked "no recording".
