Views, opinions, statements, forecasts, and technical claims expressed by speakers, panelists, moderators, and workshop leaders at the State of Quantum Readiness Summit, in speaker profile pages, or in published session recordings are those of the individual speaker and their current or former employer where noted. They do not represent an endorsement, position, forecast, or recommendation by the Quantum Core Institute (QCI), the summit sponsors, or the venue.

Editorial neutrality

QCI operates the summit under an editorial neutrality charter. Speakers are selected on the strength of their work in post-quantum cryptography, cryptographic agility, standards, procurement, and related domains. Sponsorship is separate from speaker selection and does not influence agenda decisions.

No investment or legal advice

Nothing on stage, in a speaker bio, in the Quantum Readiness Workbook, or in the State of Quantum Readiness Report constitutes investment, legal, procurement, or regulatory advice. Attendees should consult qualified professionals for organization-specific decisions.

Forward-looking statements

Any timelines, deadlines, or forecasts referenced by speakers, including regulatory deadlines and vendor roadmaps, are subject to change by the originating authority or vendor without notice.

Chatham House Rule sessions: guidance for speakers

Government & Standards seats and any session labeled Chatham House in the printed program are held under the Chatham House Rule. If you are speaking, moderating, or on a panel in one of those sessions, this is what media and attendees may and may not do with your remarks:

• Substance can be reported; identity cannot. Journalists and attendees may report the arguments, data, and conclusions you share, and may use them in analysis and downstream writing.
• Attribution is by role and sector, not by name. Your remarks may be attributed only in general terms. For example, “a federal CISO,” “a large-bank head of PKI,” or “a European supervisor.” Your name, your employer, your agency, and any biographical detail specific enough to identify you may not be published in connection with what you said.
• No direct quotes. Verbatim quotation is not permitted, even without a name, because exact wording can identify the speaker. Reporters have been asked to paraphrase instead.
• No recording, filming, or photography of the session or of you speaking in it. Note-taking is permitted.
• On-the-record interviews are separate. Journalists who want an attributable quote will be routed through the press desk to request an interview with you afterward. You may accept, decline, or offer background-only.

If there is material you would prefer stay entirely off the record, including as unattributed paraphrase, please flag it in the room (“the next point is off the record”) so moderators and attendees know.
