Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Last updated · July 14, 2026

Paid tickets (Practitioner & Leadership tiers)

  • More than 60 days before the summit: full refund, less payment-processing fees.
  • 30–60 days before: 50% refund, less payment-processing fees.
  • Fewer than 30 days before: non-refundable; transfer to another named attendee at the same organization is allowed once, at no charge.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to tickets@quantumcoreinstitute.com.

Invoice-billed tickets

Invoices are due net 30 from issue date and no later than 14 days before the summit. Unpaid invoices result in seat release. Cancellation windows above apply to invoiced tickets once paid.

Complimentary tiers (Government & Standards, Media)

No refund applies (no charge). If you cannot attend, please release your seat as early as possible by emailing tickets@quantumcoreinstitute.com so we can offer it to the waitlist.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship agreements are governed by the signed order form. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 90 days before the summit release the balance; cancellations inside 90 days remain payable in full. Sponsorship benefits may not be transferred to a third party without QCI's written consent.

Cancellation of the summit

If QCI cancels the summit for any reason within its control, paid attendees will receive a full refund. If the summit is postponed, tickets automatically transfer to the new date; attendees who cannot make the new date receive a full refund on request.

Force majeure

QCI is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control (including natural disaster, government order, public-health emergency, or venue failure). In a force-majeure cancellation, QCI will refund the ticket price less non-recoverable third-party costs actually incurred, or offer a credit toward the following edition at the attendee's choice.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues can be resolved by email faster than a bank dispute.
