Email Consent & CAN-SPAM Notice
Last updated · July 14, 2026
The Quantum Core Institute complies with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, Canada's CASL and the EU/UK ePrivacy rules. This page describes what you agree to when you give us an email address.
What subscribing means
- Submitting your email through the summit newsletter form means you consent to receive summit and QCI research updates — roughly one to two emails per month, plus occasional program bulletins in the four weeks leading to the summit.
- Registering for the summit means you also agree to receive transactional email tied to your registration: confirmations, calendar invites, agenda updates, on-site logistics, invoices, and post-summit materials.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with sponsors, third-party marketers, or ad networks.
- We do not use dark patterns to hide the unsubscribe link.
- We do not send more than one clearly labeled marketing email per week except during summit week.
How to unsubscribe
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribes are processed within 10 business days as required by CAN-SPAM. If a link fails, email unsubscribe@quantumcoreinstitute.com. Note: unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email tied to a current registration (confirmation, calendar invite, invoice).
Sender identity
Our marketing email is sent from notify.quantumcoreinstitute.comby the Quantum Core Institute. The postal address of the sender is included in the footer of every marketing email per CAN-SPAM.
International recipients
For EU/UK subscribers we rely on your explicit opt-in as the legal basis. Consent can be withdrawn at any time and applies from that point forward. Canadian recipients receive email under implied or express consent as defined by CASL.
