These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website quantumreadinesssummit.com and any registration for or attendance at the State of Quantum Readiness Summit (the "Summit"), operated by the Quantum Core Institute ("QCI", "we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a form, purchasing a ticket, or attending the Summit, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
The site and Summit are intended for professionals aged 18 or older. Some tiers (Government & Standards, Media, Leadership) are subject to eligibility review and QCI's charter allocation caps; approval is at QCI's discretion.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or bypass access controls.
- Do not use the site to harvest personal information about other attendees, speakers, or sponsors.
- Do not upload content that infringes another party's rights, is unlawful, or violates the Summit Code of Conduct.
Content and intellectual property
See the Copyright & IP page for ownership of the QCI-QS1 framework, editorial content, speaker materials, and takedown procedures.
Payments and cancellation
Ticket and sponsorship payments are processed by our payment processor. Refund and cancellation terms are described on the Refunds & Cancellation page and, for sponsors, in the applicable signed order form.
On-site conduct
All participants agree to the Code of Conduct and the Photography & Recording notice. QCI reserves the right to remove any participant who materially violates these terms without refund.
Editorial neutrality
The Summit is operated under QCI's editorial neutrality charter. Sponsors do not receive keynote slots, do not shape the agenda, and do not review speaker selection. Views expressed on stage are those of the individual speaker; see the Speaker Disclaimer.
Disclaimers
The site and Summit are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. QCI does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QCI's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the site, or the Summit will not exceed the amount you paid to QCI in connection with the Summit in the twelve months preceding the claim. QCI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
